Information we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message. You choose what to send us, though we need a name and an email address in order to reply.

We also collect standard website analytics, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is measured with Google Analytics and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of that contact. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for marketing without asking you first.

Where it is held

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system, HubSpot. Analytics data is held by Google Analytics. Both are third party services that store data on servers outside New Zealand, and both hold it under their own terms and security controls.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to understand how it is used. They record activity on the site rather than anything you have typed into the enquiry form. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Analytics data is retained according to the standard Google Analytics retention period.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@quattroalberts.co.nz and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
